Year 4 enjoyed the beautiful sunny walk in the Local Community on Wednesday 24th September, during their House and Homes survey, as part of Term 1 Yr 4, WAU Thematic Topic, “ Home Sweet Home. The boys and girls in Year 4 in Mrs Murphy’s class, Mrs McNaughton’s class and in Mrs Mack’s class, observed and recorded the number of different types of houses, using digital photos in Using ICT and tally marks in Handling Data skills in Using Mathematics.
Our School,Therapy Dog, Rosie, accompanied Year 4 with Mrs McNaughton during this Local Survey. Rosie was so well behaved and is such a credit to our school. We all enjoyed having Rosie with us we crossed the road and as we all completed our House Survey in Year 4.
Thank you also to all classroom assistants in Year 4, who also accompanied each class during our Year 4 Outdoor House Survey in our Local Community.
