Year 4 had a fantastic celebration to finish their WAU Thematic Topic , It’s a Big’s Life. Such excitement this morning,as the boys and girls in Mrs Murphy’s class and Mrs McNaughton’s class came to school dressed in a Minibeast costume, or coloured outfits. After a Minibeast, costume parade, there was a Minibeast Disco and Dance Moves to Music, followed by a Bugs’ Life Party Menu of Beetle Juice, Caterpillar Puffs and Squashy, wriggly, gummy, treats for everyone. Afterwards a lovely, breaktime outdoors in the sunshine, followed by a special Minibeast Crafts Session and a Minibeast Movie!
Thank you to Mrs McNaughton, for organising the wonderful selection of Minibeast Music and Minibeast decorations in the Hall. Also thanks to Miss Gardiner for all her assistance and to our Buildings Supervisor, Mr Johnston for his help with lights, tables and benches in the Assembly Hall for Year 4 today.
