Primary 2 have enjoyed their topic ‘if you go down to the woods today…’. They learnt about woodland animals, went bird watching, made bird feeders and identified common forest trees. Pupils also enjoyed the role play area and stories such as The Gruffalo and We Are Going On a Bear Hunt. They planned a teddy bears picnic and then had fun eating their snacks with their furry friends. 2SMCL loved their time spent in the woods and all the fun activities.
