Year 1KON Make Fruit Salad

In Year One, we have been learning all about Yummy Yummy Food. Today Miss O’Neill’s class had great fun making a delicious fruit salad. We talked about the different fruits, peeled some of them and chopped them up. After giving our fruits a good stir, the highlight of our day was getting to try our tasty creation! It was scrumptious!

Year 6 STEM Coding Fun!

Year 6 had a fantastic time taking part in a STEM Lego Coding workshop with Sentinus this week! Pupils used block coding to bring their Lego creations to life by making them move, light up and even make sounds. Their creativity and problem?solving skills really shone through. We were all so impressed with what they designed and built!

Year 1AH Fruit Salad

To complete our ‘Yummy Yummy’ topic Miss Hemphill’s class enjoyed making and eating fruit salad. We talked about the colours and shapes of the fruit, if they had skin or seeds. The best but was eating the juicy fruits.

Year 1AH Celebrate Integrated Education

As part of our Integrated Education celebrations we had the theme of ‘Better Together’. Year 1 enjoyed a trip to Megaw Park, singing together and playing board games together. It was a great day of celebrating how we can be better if we work together.

Made for More in 7RR

This week 7RR had the opportunity to participate in a workshop led by the Made for More team. The aim of the workshop was to equip pupils with practical knowledge to promote healthier living along with developing coping strategies for mental well-being and resilience.
