OUR SCHOOL

The Model is situated at the northern edge of Ballymoney. The current enrolment is approximately 400 pupils. In addition to fifteen mainstream classes, the school includes a Speech and Language Classroom catering for the needs of children with Speech and Language difficulties.

Beyond the school gates, we explore learning opportunities within the locality of Ballymoney and further afield.

In the summer term, our pupils enjoy visits to a wide range of locations, a local farm, The Jungle NI, Portrush, Greenmount, The Lake Kilrea, Ulster Museum and Hillsborough Castle.

At Ballymoney Model IPS, educational visits motivate our pupils, enhance their learning and bring the curriculum to life.
