Year 7 had a visit from Miss Harkness who was telling the children all about the new school, Causeway Academy, which opens in September 2026. The children got to see the school logo and they were told the meaning behind it. They also had a chance to see the new school uniform. Year 7 will have opportunities to find out about all the local post primary schools over the next few months before they have to make the decision on which school they would like to attend.
