On Monday morning bright and early, Year 4 set off to W5 in Belfast and had the most wonderful day!
This started with a very exciting trip in a double decker bus, we all sat up on the top level and enjoyed pointing out the sights and landmarks of Belfast as drove into the city. We explored all of the different levels, including the ‘Climb it!’ experience, before finishing off with a science workshop all about the ‘Space Race’. Pupils enjoyed sharing their knowledge about the different rockets and moon landings, before designing and blasting their own rocket design.
