As part of our ‘Let’s Get Growing’ topic Miss Hemphill’s class visited the poly tunnel to plant a sunflower seed. We read an information book and followed the steps to plant our seed. We have taken our seeds home - ask me how to look after my seed. Miss Hemphill can’t wait to hear when they start to grow. We even planted extra seeds and we hope to plant these in our Foundation Stage playground when they start to grow. We have a budding group of gardeners in Year One.
