As part of our Yummy Yummy topic Miss Hemphill’s class made some jelly. We used words to describe jelly - wobbly, yummy, red. We observed as the jelly powder dissolved in the hot water. We talked about how we now had a liquid. After leaving the jelly in the fridge overnight we discovered that we now had a solid. Then it was the serious job of tasting the jelly. Experiments are fun in Year 1!
