Year 1 are enjoying being back at school and learning in the outdoor environment. We are developing our gross motor skills through bikes and building obstacle courses. We are using our phonic skills to build CVC words with pebbles. Numeracy skills are being developed through the language of measure when balancing the scales in the sand and using large Numicon tiles to explore number bonds within 10. We are developing our imaginative skills in the play house and our creative skills by making chalk drawings of fruit. Super work by Year 1.
