The beautiful sunshine was enjoyed this week outdoors by the boys and girls in Mrs Murphy’s class. In groups and pairs, Diwali Homes, patterns and animals were created and constructed outdoors. Mrs Carson’s class on Forest Friday

The weather conditions were perfect for a colour scavenger hunt in the forest. Everyone used their eyes to look for plants in the forest to complete the colour scavenger hunt. Pupils scanned the forest floor and canopy in search for the various colours. All pupils enjoyed this fun activity while becoming more aware of what we do have in our forest area.

The boys and girls in Mrs Murphy’s class had a great time participating in the Easter Egg Hunt. We all enjoyed the beautiful sunny morning on Thursday 10th April, searching for the hidden eggs in our school grounds. Congratulations to George & Rory for making their Sacrament of Confirmation

This morning George & Rory joined with the Year 7 pupils from St Brigid’s Primary school along with some other children from the local area to make their Sacrament of Confirmation in Our Lady & St Patrick’s church in Ballymoney. Teddy Bears' Picnic in P2RS
11th Apr 2025
Primary 2 had a fantastic time at their Teddy Bears' Picnic last week as part of their topic, 'Into the Woods'. The children enjoyed some fun in the sun playing with each other, eating their break and some extra treats and spending time with their favourite teddies. We ended the picnic with some playground games. A great morning was had by all!
